Audit Guarantee and Refund Policy
This policy covers the Growth Profit Leak Audit (US$749) and the Executive Growth Audit (US$2,499). Implementation, web builds, SEO and all other services follow our main Fulfilment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Before we start
If you change your mind before we start your audit, tell us and we refund you in full.
2. Guarantee one: 10 leaks or your money back
If your audit does not show at least 10 real, fixable leaks, we refund you in full and you keep the audit. A leak is a problem on your buying journey that can cost you sales, shown with a screenshot or other evidence, with a clear fix. Typos, personal taste and issues outside the agreed scope do not count.
3. Guarantee two: it pays for itself or we fix your top leak free
If you cannot see how the fixes in your audit could recover at least the fee you paid, email us within 7 days of your walkthrough call and tell us why. We then fix your top-ranked leak at no charge, up to one day of work. If you do not book a walkthrough, the 7 days start 14 days after we deliver the audit. Audits bought before 10 October 2026 keep the refund in our earlier policy.
4. How to claim
Email [email protected] with your order number. We confirm within 2 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Fix credit
If you book a qualifying fix project within 14 days of your walkthrough call, your full audit fee comes off that project. Book between day 15 and day 30 and half of it comes off. Qualifying projects start from US$3,000 (Growth audit) or US$10,000 (Executive audit). The credit does not apply to an audit that has been refunded.
6. Your rights
This policy adds to your legal rights. It does not take any away.
